ඇගෙන් රස්නයක් පිට වෙනවා වගේ දැනෙනව කියල පුංචි අම්මා කියනවා. උණක් නෙමෙයි නිකං ගිනි ගන්නවා වගේ ඇතුලෙන් දැනෙන සීන් එකක්. මොකද්ද බන් මේ ලෙඩේ?

As the @1sam suggests that's the main cause for hot flushes after menopause. Usually caused by declining oestrogen levels.
Sometimes sweating, palpitations and anxiety results. The severity and duration of symptoms vary widely among individual. Many have minimal symptoms for a year or two, while others have symptoms for several years.

Sometimes other medical conditions and some medications like anti-oestrogens and gonadotrophin-releasing hormone analogues also could cause hot flushes.

There are non-hormonal medicines / SSRI or HRT. Will not write the medications used here but you need to take medical advice on it. An Endocrinologist can be consulted or just go to any doctor. The management depends on the individual case. There are side effects of some medications as well. So seek proper advice.
