දෙකම එකට ගැහුවම වැඩ නෑනේ. තනි තනියම ගැහුවම වැඩ, දෙකම පෙන්නන Mhz ගානත් එක සමානයි. දෙකම ගහල ඔන් කරද්දී ඉරි යනවා ඩිස්ප්ලේ එකේ. තව windows recovery blue screen එනවා.

Good... That's why I didn;t reply. Both looks similar. Both Dual rank, same voltage and same timings. Should have worked unless a slot or a motherboard issue.
When it comes to mixing, you can technically mix speeds, BUT note that your DRAM would all run at the speed of the slowest module. For example, if you have a DDR3 1333MHz system and install a second module at 1600MHz, they would both run at the 1333MHz speed.
The same thing happens with modules that have different latencies. The system will run based on the module with the slowest timings as long as the motherboard supports.
You can even mix voltages - both will run at the higher voltage - eg if you have a 1.5v module in one slot and a dual voltage (1.35v/1.5v) model in the other, your system will run at 1.5v.
Having said that, when you mix brands, sometimes there could be the possibility of ending up with BSOD.
