Great idea. If we advertise this with the entitlement of country leadership and at least one million dollars in salary per month, this would be enough to attract the world's best business leaders. We should chuck out our certified imbeciles and give business leaders a try. (Someone asked Tony Greg what would be the best idea to correct the management of the SL Cricket Board, and he said that we should convert the SL Cricket Board to a company and give these management positions to Australians.)

My plan is to run SL with only six foreign (non-SriLankan origin) administrators including the CJ (this is a must). Pay the top Dollar and get the best. You will see the entire local administration falling in line. The only way we could develop.
PS: The behaviour of our locals depends on the system. If I wait in line at the BOC counter, there are cheques and slips going over my head. But the same people stay in a line at a private bank. If you get the system straight, half the battle is won.
