meta data can be changed specially if you know the offset of the image..
most of popular image types (jpg,png ,bmp) reserve the first few bytes for storing meta data. so your point is not valid in this case.

i didnt say that meta data cant be edit. some times this may be fake. bt if you know about professional cameras, there is a encoded data store method.
so its very difficult to change without specific key data. not sure? ask from professional photographer some are know about.

moratuwa campus certified this photo as a original.
im not going to say this is space ship or like that, its a kind of joke.
i think this is a situation like very rare mistake.
