Rwanda is not a poor country; in contrast to us, they have enormous mineral deposits, including lithium, tungsten, and many others. As opposed to what the majority of Sri Lankans believe, Rwanda has highly corrupt political systems. However, unlike Sri Lanka, Rwanda can afford many development projects because of the country's abundant cash flow from the mineral industry. If you have ever been to Rwanda, I'm confident that you will begin to view poverty in Sri Lanka from a different angle.

i never been to there but as per this video its says ruwanda has followed sigapore model as they lack of natural resources

    this is what trade says

'Leading sectors include energy, agriculture, trade and hospitality, and financial services. Rwanda’s economy is overwhelmingly rural and heavily dependent on agriculture. Strong growth in the services sector over the past decade, particularly in construction and tourism, has contributed to overall economic growth. GNI per capita was $830 in 2019, according to the World Bank. '

They do sell LI ore to China, just like other African countries, but they do not have LI refineries. China has a significant influence in Rwanda and there are many Chinese mineral export company’s there. Another thing The Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) has the largest coltan deposits, but despite Rwanda's lack of significant coltan deposits, it was the biggest exporter of coltan in the world, Did you catch my drift?.

Rwanda is the preferred route for the illicit trade and one reason for continues violence in the DRC despite the UN peacekeepers stationed there is due to its rich mineral deposits. How about famous word Blood Diamonds they are not only mined in sierra lieone as we saw on the movie they are also mined in DRC in fact DRC is the biggest blood diamond producer now and when these diamonds exported it will be through another country. I personally think Rwanda and Uganda are the blood suckers of Africa, first Africans exploited by westerners now their own people exploit them.
