But Netherlands would be:

1. Expensive as fuck.
2. Not a place for rowdy types. See, the Dutch people value “gezelligheid” i.e. coziness. It shows - the cities are really nice, quiet and safe.
3. You must buy yourself health insurance if you want to stay, but there are different plans varying in costs and coverage. The healthcare itself is superior.
4. If you’re opposed to equality, LGBTQ+ or disabled people’s happiness etc., it’s not a place for you. Period. Let it stay that way.
5. If you’re coping with gender dysphoria, you’ll have to wait long months before you even get an appointment with a gender team (there are two, in Amsterdam and in Groningen), and still a few more before you get on HRT. But - the health insurance covers everything, including hair removal and operations.
6. dark sides of the Netherlands is that lots of people are feeling lonely. In fact loneliness is a big problem, usually amongst older people and migrants. This could be one of the consequences of an individualistic lifestyle goes too far.
7. The country is kind of boring because it is flat, often grey (cloudy) and over-organised with relatively little nature.
