මචන්ලා ලංකාවේ Attorney ගත්ත ලෝයර්සා රට යද්දි ඒ qualifications වැලිඩ් ද? නැත්තම් වෙනම් මොකක් හරි සුදුසුකම්ක් ඕනද?

ඒ යන රටේ bar qualification එක ගන්න ඕනි නේද practice කරන්න? ලංකාවේ එක valid මෙහෙට විතරයි. Australia එහෙම state එකෙන් state එකට වෙනම qualify වෙන්න ඕනි මම දන්න විදිහට.

ඒ ඒ රටවල නීතිඥයෙක් වෙන්න ඕන සුදුසුකම් සම්පූර්ණ කරන්න ඕනේ. මෙහේ නීතිඥ කියන එක විතරක් ප්‍රමාණවත් නැහැ.
සමහර රටවල සම්පූර්ණයෙන් ඉගෙන ගන්න ඕනේ නැහැ. අනිවාර්ය විෂය කිහිපයක් තියෙනවා. ඒවා කරා නම් ඇති. London LLB කරලා තියෙනවා නම් ඒක අදාළ කරගන්න රටේ බැරිස්ටර් කරන්න ඕනේ.

It depends on the country/state. In Aus there is no Australian qualification but each state has their own qualification and you need to study few subjects and sit for an exam. Same with US. In UK there is Solicitors and Barrister distinction . You need to do an exam and also experience , both cost money! But if you have a degree that will be accepted in most of the countries .
most of commonwealth countries accept the qualification but you need to do an exam with some exceptions. US states have different bar exams , but they also accept ours.
So it is difficult to generalize. So you need to directly deal with the country and its admission authority before you make plans. In sri lanka admission to profession of law is from council of legal education. In medicine it is Medical Council. Other professions also have their own admission authorities eg Chartered Accountants SL, ...
