Have a beardynamics DT 1990 PRO. Almost 1 lak (430 Euros) as far as the currency conversion go.
Pretty clear sounds, sound stage, frequency response, build quality, premium drivers, etc.
Best for listening to high quality music like FLAC files. Can feel the musical instruments when you listen with your eyes closed <3

I have a Sony WH-1000XM3 that I've been using with my phone and work laptop. Pretty good for normal use.

You can plug it into the laptop/PC. I've hooked it to my PC via a digital to analog converter (DAC). Using Cambridge Audio Dac Magic Plus as the amp/DAC.
My phone doesn't have an audio port. Using a Sony WH-1000XM3 for my phone.

I highly doubt if they are as effective as Sony WH series with active noise cancelling and the sound quality.
