It the guy driving the car drives the car with the owners consent the insurance will pay it. If you have sold the car new owner can't claim from your policy as he has no right to your policy.
When some one give the car to your brother or friend it is with thee owner s consent so insurance will pay. If you are renting the vehicle then need a different insurance policy

Yes you can


You can still get your NCB even if you change your insurance company to another. All you need is a renewal notice.
