He took machan, even took dietary restrictions and planning to start cardiac rehab after his internship. He was working his last days of internship in one of the busiest gyn n obs units in SL. On top of that had had almost 3 sleepless days organising an international academic event. He was a guy who never says I cant to anyone. His obesity, underlying DM and acute on chronic exaustion has lead to MI, which resulted in car crash.

You may have your own theories about hela wedakama and MI prevention. But using this death to emphasize that is not so professional. Thats how I think it.

This chronic exhaustion directly leads to MI if precautions are not taken properly .

So he did not do anything to prevent it. Must have been depending on pain killers for sure.

which resulted in car crash.

Obviously exhaustion depletes mental stamina which makes quick decision making difficult and it's a recipe for a crash when driving.

You may have your own theories about hela wedakama and MI prevention. But using this death to emphasize that is not so professional.

So just burial of all the missing details of his case with with his body is the professional way is it ?

Thats how I think it.
