The symptoms described, including dizziness, loss of balance, sweating, yawning, blurred vision, and numbness in hands, could point to several potential causes. The fact that the individual is young (20 years old) and that the diagnostic tests (ECG, blood tests, etc.) were normal makes it more likely that the episodes are due to one of the following:

    1. Migraine with Aura

Migraines can cause a wide range of neurological symptoms, including visual disturbances, dizziness, numbness, and yawning (a common prodromal symptom).

A headache before and after the episodes supports this possibility.

    2. Panic or Anxiety Attack

Symptoms like sweating, dizziness, and loss of balance can also occur in anxiety or panic attacks.

Yawning and appetite loss may be related to stress-induced hyperventilation.

    3. Orthostatic Intolerance/Dysautonomia

This includes conditions like postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome (POTS), where standing or certain positions can cause dizziness, sweating, and lightheadedness due to dysregulated blood flow.

    4. Transient Ischemic Attack (TIA)

Though uncommon in someone this young, TIAs (mini-strokes) can cause transient neurological symptoms like numbness, dizziness, and vision disturbances.

If there is any family history or risk factors like smoking, drug use, or blood clotting disorders, this might need further investigation.

    5. Vasovagal Episodes

Yawning, sweating, dizziness, and lightheadedness can occur as part of a vasovagal response, often triggered by stress, dehydration, or standing for too long.

    6. Inner Ear Issues

Vestibular problems, such as vestibular migraine or labyrinthitis, can cause dizziness and balance disturbances.

    ---

    Recommendations:

    1. Neurology Consultation:

Further evaluation by a neurologist, especially for migraines or potential transient neurological events, might be necessary.

    2. MRI/CT Scan:

Imaging of the brain to rule out structural issues or TIAs.

    3. Vestibular Testing:

If inner ear involvement is suspected.

    4. Lifestyle and Triggers:

Maintain hydration and avoid triggers like stress, lack of sleep, or certain foods.

    5. Keep a Symptom Diary:

Note timing, triggers, and associated symptoms for further evaluation.

If symptoms persist or worsen, further detailed investigation is essential.

Consult a neurologist. You might need a MRI to exclude certain conditions. It could be just vestibular migraine but should be investigated. Remote diagnostics or guesswork cannot be exact.
