අර වියළි කලාපෙ උන් ලෙඩුන්ට තැබිලි ගෙඩි දහයක් විතර මතුරලා බොන්න දුන්නාම මැරෙන්නේ Hyperkalemia එකකින් ද? 
Good post... Hyperkalemia can go undetected till Potassium levels go very high. Also note that there are commonly used medications that changes the K levels in your blood. So those with kidney disease have to take care in using these. Even some herbals could do this. 
Note: When I fell sick recently on the first blood test I noticed that Electrolytes were very unusual. Na low, K low (but not dangerously low) and it wasn't a normal profile at all. Even though the RAT tests were all negative, I didn't like the electrolytes being all over the place and Electrolyte disorders particularly potassium abnormalities and Sodium could be clinical presentations of Covid too. That's why I did a PCR not trusting the stupid Chinese RAT kits, and the PCR reported positive. I wasn't worried at all after the PCR report because then I could explain the abnormal blood reports & the urinary symptoms that surfaced later.
Covid can affect the potassium balance via impairing epithelial sodium channels. This is partly because the virus hijacks Furin which results in the retention of the K ions, thus leading to hyperkalemia. In some few cases hypokalemia was reported, while in some Covid cases Hyponatremia (lower than normal Na) was reported. On my second blood test just a few days later all these electrolytes had returned back to my usual normal range.
