there are about 1500 binary variable and 8890 constraints .
that's why i can't use basic solver
cost for premium solver with engine is about $5000
did u try student's version... coming along with operations research books
(I'm a student from University of peradeniya and we don't have that kind of Textbook Code) ,i asked them for a extended trial license,but the did not give it.
