Charted fully complete කලොත් ඔයාට Charted Accountant කෙනෙක් වෙන්න පුලුවන්,Manager කෙනෙක් වෙන්න පුලුවන්,Tax Consultant කෙනෙක් වෙන්න පුලුවන්

Charted බාගේට සම්පූර්ණ කරලා experience තියනවනම් Assistant Accountant ,Accounts assistant,Manager etc කෙනෙක් වුනත් වෙන්න පුලුවන්

CIMA වල වැඩිපුර තියෙන්නේ Management නේ Accounts බර තබන ප්‍රමාණය Charted වලට සාපේක්ෂව අඩුයි

CIMA වලට Charted වල වගේ record books/articles ලියන්න ඕන වෙන්නේ නැහැ.experience එක දාල letter එකක් විතරක් ගත්තම ඇති
ඒත් CIMA කරන අයටත් case study එක ලීවට පස්සේ CIMA membership එක ගන්න 3 yrs experience ඕනී.ඒත් විභාග ලියන්න ඒක බලපෑමක් වෙන්නේ නැහැ.
CIMA කරන අයට audit firm වලම යන්න කියලා දෙයක් නැහැ වෙන ආයතනයක වුනත් පුලුවන් ඒත් සමහර CIMA කරන ලමයි වුනත් audit firm එකේ ඉන්නවා.මොකද audit firm වල කට්ට වුනාට හැම පැත්තක්ම (Audits,book keeping,tax) cover වෙන නිසා හොද දැනුමක් ගන්න පුලුවන්. මොකද ගොඩක් තනියම ඉගන ගන්න තියෙන්නේ.මොකද ගොඩක් තනියම ඉගන ගන්න තියෙන්නේ.වැඩ වැඩියි exams කරන එකයි ජොබ් එකයි සමබරව කරන් යන්න වෙනවා

Charted/CIMA වලට කොච්චර කල් යනවද කියල එහෙම කියන්න අමාරුයි එක තමන්ගේ දක්ෂතාවය,වාසනාව හා කැප කිරීම මත රදා පවතින දෙයක්
හැබැයි මම බහුලව අහපු දෙයක් තමයි Charted අමාරුයි CIMA වලට වඩා කියලා ඒක CIMA කරන අයත් කියනවා.

CIMA ගැන නම් වැඩි විස්තරයක් මම දන්නේ නැහැ මම accounts field එකට අවේ accounts ගැන මෙලෝ දෙයක් දන්නේ නැතිව A/L වලට Maths කරලා AAT final qualified වුණා.දැන් E & Y වැඩ කරන ගමන් charted exams කරනවා.කට්ට තමයි ඒත් කට්ට කාලා හරි කර ගත්තොත් පාඩුවක් නැහැ, Charted Accountant කෙනෙක් ගේ පඩිය ඇහුවම

Charted වලටනම් F1 වෙනකම් විතරයි ලියන්න දෙන්නේ F2 ඉදන් 3 years experience (1yr for CAB II level +2yr for finals) අනිවාර්යයි.

CCHRM karala HR assistant widiyata yanna puluwan.(mama hithana widiyata.) 1 nam hariyata danne ne kollo. hoda company 1ka joba set unath goda thamai.........

this is good option if u like to become a human resource manager one day,
Also there are so many options available in the market now, take the decision on following a relevent qualification which will suit your desired position..............
