I have the same sized room, cooled by a 12,000 BTU Panasonic Inverter (Ideally a 8k btu one would've been enough but they didn't have that size with inverter). Looked at Damro but later found out that the Panasonic A/Cs they sell were made in india so better be careful and ask for the country or origin.

Go for invertor type as it saves energy. Now the price difference is less. Make sure that you have installed a SPD protecting all your electronic equipment at home.

Daro gives the best after sales service. Its true that their panasonic inverter AC are produced in India and not suitabe for coasal areas. Go for innovex or Damro brands which are cheaper than Panasonic.

First i am not working for Damro or anyone. Why i went Damro from Abans is due to poor service and their story of no spare parts and need to replace.

Any reputed one will do a heat load calculation based on the volume of the given area, cladding types and no of occupants. Damro has a good calculator on that aspect.

I do not have any experience of AC with Softlogic.

even 9000BTU one will give you 28c cooling if you are satisfied but as someone said climbing Kadugannawa ina threewheeler like.
