what can be used to seal the room?

Paste a line of thin cushion (padding) on bottom of the doors. Cold air is heavy and always leaks from bottoms. A thin polythene even for the key hole of the door in case. Put a door closer gadget (Rs.1500). If possible heavy curtain to the windows covering the full surface. Dont worry too much about ceiling unless its quite open. Use silicone sealer for every crack in extreme conditions. You can sleep well knowing that cool air/money is not slowly escaping from the room.
