hope ur rifferingto ADSL2+ . ifthat so i don't think it's possible with SLT macho. To provide ADSL2+ u need fiber MPLS. SLT doesn't have a fiber backbone. and do u know the bandwidth of ADSL2+ ? it's around 24Mbps. it's not possible in SL yet.

afaik SLT has 14 fiber lines.. so why its not possible in SL ?

Read about ADSL2+ machan. for ADSL2+ there should be FTN (fiber to neighborhood) lining mechanism. Do u think 14 fiber lines can do this...
ADSL2+ is only available @ European countries machan. The infrastructure in SL is not enough to handle this technology.

no difference men.. early u pay for 1mbps line. but having 512 speed..
