මන් හිතන්නේ අද ලංකාවේ කව්රුවත් නෑ ඉන්ග්ලිෂ් වලින් කතා කරන්න බැරි. හැමෝටම හොදටම බැරි උනත් හිතේ තියෙන දේ තව කෙනෙක්ට තේරෙන්න කියා ගන්න පුළුවන්. පොඩිකාලේ ඉදන්ම ගෙවල් වල ඉන්ග්ලිෂ් වලින් කතාකරන අයටය්, ඉන්ටර්නැෂනල් ස්කුල් වල පොඩිකාලේ ඉදන්ම ඉගෙන ගත්ත අයටය් නං ඉතින් ඉන්ග්ලිෂ් වතුර වගේ පුළුවන්.

එත් කොලබින් පිට හැදුන අපිට ඒ වාසනාව නැ. කතා කරද්දී හිර වෙනවා. ඕනේ කරන වචනේ කටට එන්නේ නැ. සමහර වචන දන්නේ නැ. වෙලාවකට ලජ්ජය් වැරදුනොත් කියල. සිංහල අපිට ඉන්ග්ලිෂ් බැරි උනාට කමක් නැ කියල හිතෙනවා වෙලාවකට.

මටත් ඔය ලෙඩ ටිකක් තියෙනවා. ඒ නිසාම තමය් එළකිරි යාළුවොත් එක්ක එකතු වෙලා දන්න ඉන්ග්ලිෂ් තව ටිකක් පොලිෂ් කර ගන්න හිතුනේ. තමන් දන්න දෙයක් තව කෙනෙක්ට කියල දුන්නම, දන්න දේ හොදට මතක තියෙනවා. මට නං ඒක අත්දැකීමෙන් හොදටම දැනිච්ච දෙයක්. ඕව ඉතින් යාලුවෙක්ට වචනයක්වත් කියල දෙන්නේ නැති කුහකයන්ට තේරෙන්නේ නෑ. එයාලගෙන් අපි කව්රුත් අහන්න යන්නෙත් නැනේ.

හරි එහෙනම්. යාලුවෝ ඇවිත් වචනයක් හරි අපිට කියල දෙන්න. අපිට වචනයක් හොයාගන්න පුළුවන් වෙන ක්‍රම අනන්තවත් තියෙනවා තමය්. හැබය් එහෙම හිතන නිසාම අපි ගොඩක් වචන ඉගෙන ගන්න එක මග ඇරලා, පස්සට කල් දාලා. අනික මෙහෙම හැමෝටම බැලු ගමන් පේන්න දාල තියෙන වචන නිතර ඇහැගැටුනම මතක තියෙනවත් වැඩිය්නේ.

ඉන්ග්ලිෂ් පුළුවන් කියල හිතන් හිටියට නිව්ස් පේපර් එකක් කියවද්දී අලුත් වචන දෙක තුනක් හරි අපිට හම්බ වෙනවා. එහෙම නැ කියල කියනවා නං මන් අර කලින් කව්වා වගේ ගෙවල් වල පොඩි කලේ ඉදන් ඉන්ග්ලිෂ් කතා කරපු හරි, පොඩි කාලේ ඉදන් ඉන්ටර්නැෂනල් ස්කුල් එකකට ගිය කව්රු හරි වෙන්න ඕනේ. එහෙම අය ඉතින් 1000 කට එකය් ලංකාවේ ඉන්නේ.

මොන උනත් කතා කරද්දී තමා හොදටම ප්‍රැක්ටිස් වෙන්නේ. එත් එහෙම කරන්න අමාරුය්. පුළුවන් නං පොඩියට ස්කය්ප් ගෘප් එකකුත් කරමු. කව්රු හරි පටන් ගන්නවා නං අපිත් එකතු වෙන්නම්. අලුත් වචන ඉගෙන ගන්න එක තමය් වැදගත්ම වැඩේ. ග්ර්මර් නං හැමෝටම පුළුවන්. ඒ නිසා ස්පෙෂල් ග්ර්මර් විතරය් ටාගට් කරන්නේ. වචන තමා වැඩියෙන් ටාගට් කරන්නේ. වචන කොච්චර ඉගෙන ගත්තත් වැඩි වෙන් නෑ. මේ ත්‍රෙඩ් එකට ඕනේ කුණු ගොඩක්, ඕනේ කුනුහරුපයක් අරන් ඇවිත් ඉන්ග්ලිෂ් වලින් කතා කරමු. වයස් භේදයක් ඕනේ නෑ. ඖට්කම් එකක් විදියට ඉන්ග්ලිෂ් පොලිෂ් වෙනවා නං එච්චරය්.
කව්රුවත් අතරේ තරගයක් නෑ. හැමෝම එකතු වෙලා සහයෝගයෙන් දැනුම එකිනෙකා අතරේ බෙදාගමු. ඔයාලගේ සහයෝගය නැතිව අපිට තනියෙන් ඉගෙන ගන්න බෑ . භාෂාවක් තනියම ඉගෙන ගත්තොත් මතක හිටින්නෙත් නෑ.

ඔය website එකෙන් ට්‍රයල් වර්ෂන් එකක් ඩව්න්ලෝඩ් කර ගන්න. ට්‍රයල් එකෙන් උනත් සෑහෙන වැඩ ගොඩක් කරගන්න පුළුවන්. මේක textpad එකක් වගේ software එකක්. මේකේ paste කරන text(any long) එකක් අපිට කැමති voice එකකින් අහන්න පුළුවන්. අහන එක mp3 file එකක් විදියට save කර ගන්නත් පුළුවන් ඕනේ නං.

ඕක install කරලා ඉවර නං දැන් තියන්නේ voice install කරන්න.

2. හැබය් voice install කරන්න ඕනේ එකින් එක. තමන් කැමති voice, කැමති ගානක් install කර ගන්න පුළුවන්. voice නං පට්ට natural. ඒ නිසාම size එකෙන් වැඩිය්. download කරන්න ඕනා voice වල torrents links ටික මෙන්න.

3. voice එකක් install කරාට පස්සේ ඒ voice එක ඉබේම TextAloud software එකේ voice list එකට එනවා. දැන් text එකක් paste කරලා, ඊට පස්සේ voice list එකෙන් කැමති voice එක select කරලා, Speak button එක එබුවම read කරන්න පටන් ගන්නවා. To File button එක ඔබල ඕනේ නං mp3 file එකක් විදියට save කරගන්නත් පුළුවන්.

4.කැමති නං browser වලට plugin එකක් install කර ගන්න. එතකොට browser එකේ තියෙන text උනත් ඕනේ නං install කරපු voice එකකින් අහන්න පුළුවන්.

I would like to say that why you guys put your comments suggestions in English, we cant improve our English without using it. Skim

skim (a written text or document)
To "skim" something means to read it very quickly and incompletely. For example, if you "skim" a newspaper, you might read the headlines and a few sentences from some of the articles.

look over (something)
To "look over" something means to look at something to see if it's OK. In other words, it means to "check" something. For example:

In the example above, the speaker combines "look over" with "skim" to make the phrase "skim over". This means to look over the contract quickly.

"Let me know" means "tell me". But "let me know" is a more polite and friendly expression. It's very common to hear in an English-speaking workplace:
