Call in sick

Call in sick = to telephone your boss and tell him or her that you are too sick to work.

We had a party the other night and got wasted. In the morning I woke up a little
late with a hangover. When I was getting ready to go to work it turned worse, so
decided to stay home and went back to bed. When I was lying on bed wife
woke up and asked,
" Honey aren't you gonna be late for work today?"
So I replied her,
"I feel like crap so called in sick. Actually I didn't call my boss but I told a
coworker."

Other ex:
"Jenkins, if you keep calling in sick every Friday, you are going to get fired!"

Don't be so cringey. First of all, I didn't say my purpose here is to teach English. Read the first page in thread to be sure.
Second of all, there's nothing wrong with the pictures and they are relating to the topic.
Third of all, didn't you see the pics in first page? If you follow the thread there after you have to expect same kinda pics.
