Definition: HSDPA is a protocol for data communications on cellular networks. HSDPA supports theoretical data rates of 1.8 Mbps and up to 14.4 Mbps maximum, although typical speeds are closer to 500 Kbps.

Practically it is not possible to provide 14.4 Mbps. So how are they going to give 16 Mbps.

machan I'm using the airtel unlimited package. During the afternoon I think dial up is faster than this. But after 12midnight it goes to very high speeds and sometimes up to 3.1Mbps
I'm also using a dialog wimax 1mbps connection which gives 100% speeds most of the time.
