Well, dont buy an excessively large bag, because the Sri Lankan Airport allows only 32KG per luggage piece, so even if you have a luggage allowance of about 35~40, you'll have to split it into 32KGs or smaller.

Brands, I really dont know, but if you are willing to pay for quality, go to P. G Martins, or look for a brand called Samsonite.
