Dharmapala is not an attacker towards other races even though he is a racist. Can you show me a place he suggest sinhalese to burn muslim or tamil buisnesses, or to do any violent action against them. He is taking more peaceful path to give poor sinhalese some understanding about the situation they face. why they are in a sorry state and what will be the future if these habits continues. That is still racist, but better than Hitlers method. So you have to give some respect to dharmapala compared to hitler.

I get your point.What im saying is that if we analyse what he said objectively ,the fact that there is a difference between races and we should treat them accordingly , is just wrong.Its true that he didnt attack anyone but he tried to inflict hatred towards other races.Everyones the same and should be treated the same.

"Everyones the same and should be treated the same" As long as you get the same treatment from "Everyone". Otherwise you just make it easy to the bad people. Your opinions are correct in a pure fantacy world where everyone have an open mind and act humanly. But practically it's not. Most people still not ready for that kind of world. Still we live in a world where we have religions, races, nations. That's why we have to be practical and have little bit racism for our own survival.

About dharmapala, Common thing you can observe from the racist people you find is, they always blame others for our failures. They blame muslims, tamils and western countries for our problems, and Make us feel it's others fault, not ours. Same thing Hitler done with Germans against jews, or naanasaara done with Buddhists against muslims. That inflict hatred towers them and ignite the violence.

Instead of blaming others, Dharmapala blamed sinhalese themselves, He pointed out that its our bad habits make us failures. It's our inability to act and our laziness make us failures. That makes us to correct our mistakes, not to hate others. That's why you should respect Dharmapala, Instead of putting him in the same racist group as Hitler or naanasaara.
