I was body dysmorphic and used to pick/ pop my acne, causing post inflammatory hyperpigmentation all over my face. there was once a time that I was even afraid to look my reflection in the mirror. when I went to the saloon I used to blur my eyes so I wouldn't see my reflection in the mirror. and people were always like "oh, what happened, why's? "
glad I could recover my face, lol
