1. Do you have any cultural, financial and Family ties in Sri Lanka? Please provide evidence of your ties to your home country and that you have significant incentives to return home after completion of your studies.
2. Have you or any of your relatives ever visited any other countries outside of Sri Lanka for holidays/work/study? If yes please advise which countries.
3. Have you or any of your relatives ever had a visa application rejected into Australia or any other country? Yes / No. If yes, please provide reason
4. Have you or any of your relatives ever applied for migration to any country? If so, what was the outcome of that application?
5. Do you have sufficient funds to support your studies and living expenses (for both you and your visa dependent) in Australia? If yes please explain how? If yes please explain how? Please note if your application is approved, you will need to provide evidence of financial capability to support your claims prior to accepting your offer.
Please be advised that your answer to this question does not affect your application for scholarship, but it helps us understand your situation and in case scholarships are not available, the financial capability would be one of the requirements to be assessed.
6. In your application you mentioned you are married. Please advise if your partner and/or any dependents would travel with you to Australia? What are their plans whilst in Australia?

a. Has your partner and/or any dependent ever had a visa application rejected?
b. Has your partner and/or any dependent ever visited or studied in Australia previously? Had they breached any visa conditions?
c. Has your partner and/or any dependent ever been refused a visa for entry into Australia?
d. Has your partner and/or any dependent ever been convicted of any criminal activity?
e. Please provide your partner’s detailed CV/Resume.
g. Please provide a copy of your marriage certificate.
7. A signed Statement of Purpose answering the following questions:
(a) Reasons for choosing to undertake this course and for choosing to study in Australia rather in your home country
(b) The relevance of this course to your academic and employment background and to your future career.
(c) What are your careers plans after you complete your studies in Australia?
