You are sadly wrong there.. It's statutory rape. I am not lawyer but think this is the case.
If the offender is under 18 then probably there is some leniency.
I know this falls under rape, even if you go with an underage girl and have sex with the pure intention of marrying her, it is still rape
even if it was done with her consent..there is no chance..My point here is that the girl had an affair with one of those dudes...and she had sex with him with her consent...then the bugger took nudes and all, threatened her and others had sex with her for 6 months lol

Yes.. That's why they need to make aware of these issues. Discussion helps. Teenagers have to be told that sexting, or various images, videos and even texts which are on their smartphones can never be really considered as private. These can be posted on the Internet by someone who you trusted before, and once there, it exists forever in the cyberspace. Make them understand the gravity of such things. Also what needs to be told is how to address the situation if they ever fall into such kind of situations. I don't think these matters are addressed in SL schools or in households. Education is not limited to what you learn from standard textbooks.

That's why i said it's statutory rape.... I am not sure how the law interprets this in this scenario.
Not just teenagers. this is an issue faced by women generally. i dont understand how people can be so naive about this. there's actually nothing new to learn here. u threaten a woman with her personal details and force her to have sex with u and suddenly some people seem to act like they are born blind. it just doesn't make any sense. how could forcing someone to have sex with u not become rape. pathetic
and the other thing is most, if not all, women get dissociated when being raped. rapists misinterpret this as the woman enjoying the act. this could be why many rapist declare later in the court that they were under the impression that the woman was actually enjoying the act and they were doing a favor to the woman. there's not a big difference between ignorant rapists like that and these pathetic lot who think threatening someone to have sex with them is not rape.

I am not sure how a judge will decide when dealing with a 13 year old and a bunch of 18 year olds. But surely 18 years should be considered as an adult and dealt with a proper sentence.
