Azeri, is the most widely spoken language - It's very close to Turkish language. Next comes Russian... English is nowhere except probably in the Hotel & Tourism industry or from an occasional one of the younger generation.

it's very unbelieving that someone went to AZ to study English where they could have studied here in SL at a way more reputed institute.
