    BCAA not needed if you eat enough meat. Specially beef or lamb or mutton or egg. A good whey protein supplement can give enough BCAA.

    Creatine you can take around 5mg. Make sure to stop after 4 weeks and give 2 week break. There are plenty of evidence (Google) that if you take creatine continously your body's natural development stop.

    I'm taking USN Whey protein + creatine.

    thats correct but the diet should be as ascribed and BCAA make more impact with the formula
