    1.White Coconut Oil
    2.Vegetable Oil
    3.Refined Coconut Oil
    4.Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
    5.Olive Oil

    හරියටම දන්නේ නම් නැහැ...හැබැයි virgin coconut oil වල කොලෙස්ටරෝල් නැහැ.

    අපි නම් කන්නේ ඉතින් සාමාන්‍ය පොල්තෙල් තමයි.

    api use karanne extra virgin coconut oil.
    But olive oil's the best imo. at least sathiyakata dethun parak use karanawanan hodai
    I also heard Sesame oil is good

    For sri lankans coconut oil is the best.Because the island is full of coconut trees.It isnt full of olives,sunflower or any other.What is best for the people in land is grown in land naturally.

    Don’t let these big companies fool you.All our ancestors lived pass 80 years back then while consuming coconut oil.Now studies showing sunflower oil causing cancer.Sometime back they said coconut oil is bad too.Even though olive oil is good better to consume what is naturally available on lanka.

    මම අහලා තියෙන විදිහට, ඔලිව් ඔයිල් වලින් බැදලා කන්න හොඳ නෑ. හරියටම ශුවර් නෑ, ඒත් දන්න එකෙක්ගේ තාත්තා කෙනෙක් මැරුනා කොලෙස්ටෙරෝල් වැඩිවෙලා, ඌ නම් කිව්වේ ඔලිව් ඔයිල් වලින් බැදපුවා කාපු නිසා කියලා!
