I voted for gmail. Mainly because it let me use pop3 to download the mails to thunderbird. yahoo.com domain doesn't let you do so. But others do. Anyway, i like the simplicity of google mail.

However, i use yahoo as my backup email. I forward everything I get to google, to the yahoo account.
