Can any one tell me how to SEO my blog ?

And there are few questions to me

1. will search engines ban my site By adding same keyword more than 3 times

ex:-

blogger template
blogspot template
blogger template editing

2. How to CORRECTLY add keywords to each of page separately , in blogger ? ( i mean , if i did so , same word will be used for more than 3 times )

3. Then submitting to directories & adding damn keywords , what else i can do ?

4.where can i DL free a dummy's guide to SEO ?
