Mr. President please tell us the progress of Airbus corruption which was admitted by Airbus and had given the details of money they paid with details of bank accounts? And Airbus is under obligation to provide more details if asked under Deferred Prosecution Agreement they arrived with SFO of UK. We saw then chairman and his wife were arrested but to whom did they pay money ? Where did money go ?
Bribery commission can investigate only on a complaint? Did president make the complaint? There is no provison for Bribary and Corruption Commission to be directed by President to investigate, as far as I know. It is an independent commission, though any body can complain(including GR) no one can direct investigation. Whether to investigate or not is left with the Commission not Director General who can be removed at any time by president and commission members have a fixed term .Who is fooling whom? There i, s provision under CIBAC Act to prosecute if false complaint is made too.
