IOC gets a profit of 1RS per litre of Petrol & diesel cos they get fuel from CEYPETCO at a lower price.But that concession is nt given to CPC.So IOC profit margin increases every time fuel prices increase but Cepetco runs in a loss cos they have to provide fuel at cheap price to ARMY,CEB,SLTB & others on top of IOC
