Two Director Company - Rs.35,000/=

Annually Rs.6,000/= charges as retainer fee and all other secretarial services will be free for the year.

Annually document called "Annual Return" has to be filed with Department of registrar of companies. For that government charges Rs.6,900/= and it should be paid to the Department of Registrar of companies.
