Ship the camera without the battery. Then ship the battery separately. It's because since 2016 april, li-ion battery is regarded as highly dangerous equipment and it need to adhere the strict guidelines if you are shipping such battery. battery should be keep in a separate container which was specially designed to ensure the safely. and the battery should be kept below the 40% of charging.
I am not sure about the specific details but it is really hard to ship with the battery, unless you come with it.

so, send the camera seperately. you might be able to find a spare battery from SL.
