Canon 70D or Nikon D7200

get the cheapest out of the two. both are almost equally good, unless you plan on shooting a lot video.

i personally use a d7100, got it cus i need a lot of dynamic range, better color depth, low light performance and loads of resolution for my work. likewise, get whatever the camera that offers better features for the type of the work you are going to do.

d7200 is basically as same as the 7100 with a higher frame buffer.

I also voted for canon as I am currently using... But it it obvious that stills of Nikon is better than Canon. But when it comes to Video.. Canon is better. Considering both aspects, the best is Canon. If you are interested only in stills, go for a Nikon.
