Don’t buy phones from Celltronic,
As correctly said warranty is useless. I bought a Xperia from Celltronic January 2013. That had a hardware problem. call voice was not clear. I went to them with the phone. they said various things and try to say that it is a software issue. it took them four five days to come back with a solution. After putting lot of pressure on them they replace the phone.
but replacement is a repaired used phone. They try to prove that it is new one. but there are enough evidence to prove that it has been used earlier. I end up paying original price for a used phone.
Their customer care is terrible. I would say that their staff is bunch of clowns.
I WILL NEVER BUY PHONES FROM THEM AGAIN AND NEVER RECOMMEND THEM FOR ANYONE.
