Just don't go for caesarean sections unnecessarily. If you knew the undesirable repercussions that these unwarranted C-sections can lead to, you will not opt for it. If there's a real medical need to do it, Yes, then go ahead.

Sadly this has become the norm now. For eg in Israel only about 150 C-sections are done for 1000 births. The majority of these 150 are decided on medical reasons.
