You may need more experience unless you have a underhand backup in IESL

If you have selected to a BSc Engineering you need to complete 4 years degree first. Then you can register with IESL or any other international charterard institution as a probationer memeber and you can start working towards to your charterard-ship. During the course you have to maintain diary, minium of 2 years, and you have to develop necessary competencies according to your path (mech, civil, elctrical... etc.etc). There may be internal appraisals (as per supervisors recomendation) as necessary with the institution reaquirements. After sucessful completion of 2 year diary with the you have to face APC. In which you need to make presentation and face interview panel.

You can get necessary information contacting IESL.

That the general norm for any profession. Charterard-ship cab be gained, those who pass out from institution like NDT, HNDE, TTI etc, but I can't remember to give all information, off hand now.

Hope this will help and good luck. :D
