2011.09.13 10.30am all the broker forum reseve a fax, from CSE (some brokers not inform it becouse they try to exite market with out lost) the NOTICE highly recommend clear the credit or if not cancel broker license,

not sure abt news,but defa credit clearing

we also got the news so we checked and seems its not true, my broker is the one who handle Rishans account and he didnt exited, same with DP, NP etc, but as i told u earlier ASI will go down big time so for us better to exit tomorrow then we can do some bargain hunting later

GREG had a run so most exited, there was a PCH -Lionheart Crossing and the PCH seller was Rishan, GREG will go down more but keep in mind GREG is oversold at the moment so thats a good news. GREG is an Extremely risky share and another W conversion on November so better to sell before that or else deep shit machan

Trade Finance & Investments Limited (TFIL) is a small sized but profitable finance company commenced its operation in 1978 and licensed by the Central Bank of Sri Lanka. The principal lines of business in which the Company engages in include Finance Leasing, Hire Purchase, Security Loans, Personal Loans and acceptance of Fixed Deposits from the Public.

Objectives of the TFIL IPO

The main objective of TFIL IPO is to comply with the regulatory requirement set out by the Monetary
Board of the Central Bank of Sri Lanka to obtain a listing on the CSE .

IPO proceeds (Rs 120 Million) will be used to expand the current business activities of the company.

Subdivision of Shares

The Shareholders of the Company at its meeting held on 29th April 2011 resolved to sub divide
each existing share into ten (10) shares based on the shareholding as at 29th April 2011, thus
increasing the number of shares of the Company from 5,080,040 to 50,800,400.

Is it worth subscribing TFIL IPO?

My opinion is yes it is worth. TIFL has made a profit of Rs 63,555,452.00 for the year ended 31st March 2011. Earnings Per Share after sub division amounted to Rs 1.25. Therefore at issue price its Price Earnings Ratio is 16 times compared to current Market PE of 19x.

There was no Private Placement prior to IPO other than share transactions disclosed in TFIL IPO Prospectus Page Number 22.

5,080,040 shares of TFIL sold by Cooray Family to Mr. Toshiaki Tanaka for Rs 121,505,376.00 (Approximately Rs 23.92 per share) in July this year.

The risk of selling pressure below IPO price on first day of trading is very limited for TFIL IPO subscribers.

කොළඹ කොටස් වෙළඳ පොළේ සිදුකරන මහා පරිමාණ නිකුතු වලදී කුඩා ආයෝජකයින්ට වෙන්කළ යුතු කොටස් ප්‍රමාණය හා එවැනි නිකුතු වලදී කුඩා ආයෝජකයින් ලෙස හඳුන්වන්නේ කවුරුන්ද දක්වමින් විනිමය කොමිසම නව නීති හඳුන්වා දෙයි.


මේ අනුව, කොමිසම සඳහන් කර තිබෙන්නේ රුපියල් බිලියන 03 ක් හෝ රුපියල් බිලියන 03 කට වඩා වැඩි වටිනාකමක් තිබෙන කොටස් නිකුතු වලදී ඉන් සියයට 40 ක කොටස් හෝ රුපියල් බිලියන 1.5 ක වටිනාකමක් ගන්නා කොටස් යන විකල්ප දෙකින් අඩු වටිනාකමක් ගන්නා විකල්පය අනුව කුඩා ආයෝජකයින්ට කොටස් වෙන්කළ යුතු බවයි.

මෙම සීමාව පැනවූයේ මහා පරිමාණ කොටස් නිකුතු වලදී කුඩා ආයෝජකයින්ට වැඩි සාධාරණයක් ඉටුකිරීමට බව විනිමය කොමිසම වැඩිදුරටත් පවසයි.

මීට පෙර පැවති නීති වලට අනුව සියළුම කොටස් නිකුතු වලදී ඉන් සියයට 40 ක් කුඩා කොටස් ආයෝජකයින්ට වෙන්කළ යුතු වූ අතර රුපියල් ලක්ෂයක් දක්වා ආයෝජනය කරන්නන් කුඩා ආයෝජකයින් ලෙස සැලකීය.

නව නීති වලට අනුව, රුපියල් බිලියන 03 ක් හෝ ඊට වැඩි කොටස් නිකුතු වලදී කුඩා ආයෝජකයින්ට වෙන්කළ යුතු කොටස් ප්‍රමාණය සියයට 40 ක් හෝ රුපියල් බිලියන 1.5 ක් වටිනා කොටස් යන විකල්ප දෙකින් අඩු විකල්පය කිරීමට අමතරව රුපියල් ලක්ෂ දෙකක් දක්වා ආයෝජනය කරන්නන් කුඩා ආයෝජකයින් ලෙස සලකා තිබේ.

රුපියල් බිලියන තුනකට වඩා අඩු කොටස් නිකුතු වලදී කුඩා ආයෝජකයින්ට වෙන්කළ යුතු කොටස් ප්‍රමාණය සියයට 40 ක් ලෙසත් කුඩා ආයෝජකයින් යනු රුපියල් ලක්ෂයක් දක්වා ආයෝජනය කරන්නන් ලෙසත් නව නීති වලින්ද තහවුරු කර ඇත
