It was reversed by paypal he didn't refunded dude. I'm a trustworthy seller. I do lot of transaction !. but this guy made my worst day ever ever... I know I can refund this money even If I do this kind of works. First tell your friend to be honest. There is a another person cheated by him..

in addition to that. He deactivated his FB. tell him to cross his heart and say ? He didn't even got the bank details :/ He sent me a Airtel number which is easily can be found on net. What else ? why r u defending a theif ?

Ok. Would you believe me if i said that Gayan and Nuwan are two different people? This is what has happened. gayan wanted some PP money. Asked from nuwan. Nuwan contacted rooshan (you). Rooshan gave money to gayans pp address. Something went wrong with the transaction. It was reversed or something. Since you have asked Rs. from Nuwan he said cant give cuz after all he didn't get any pp money. Also thilina is the guy who directly have me 50usd for a laptop screen i wanted from ebay. He has nothing do with this at all. Its like Rooshan is the 1st party. Nuwan is the 2nd party. Gayan is the 3rd party. Achalinda (Me) is the 4th party. Rest for the people don't have anything to do with this.
