Pls don't say incorrect stuff about other guys. Cuz they make a living from these stuff.
This guys is very trust worthy to me.
Sometimes he sends me the USD then later on I use to pay in Rs.

I spoke with him. What he is saying is that he had brought USD from you and there was a problem with it. Finally you wanted hom to pay the in Rs. & get the USD you have transferred from him!!!!!
