So as a civilian I used the safe approach by not arguing and a start a fight with the whole department of police later on

Nash's approach would deff suit a lawyer! Coz they know about the legal framework well and they BAR association do have some power over police.

I had a sticker of BAR association in a vehicle and it was never got stopped by police. Not even once.

Police are afraid to talk law coz they don't know. And the lawyers do take advantage of it. But us, civilians can't do that. What we can do is to find another loop hole in the same system

No, it's a JOB !

Whether it's good or bad depends on how do you like to see it, or which side of the fence you are on.

A convicted person is not guilty untill he is proven so. So, till due time, he is innocent and has the right to fight for his freedom.

But, as per you question, if a 'real murderer" get's away with it, it's not the lawyer who defended him is at fault or he has commited the sin..... It's the ACCUSING lawyer who has failed to do his duty well in proving it.

well if u knw the law y wouldnt u defy? if u knw it u knw that ur safe
but the point is majority doesnt know the public law
well I guess if they at least educate children in school about law SL would be a better place
