machan, If i scan some other person's card then what will happen? this system can't verify who own the card. So i can easily copy other ppls cards who visit my shop to buy goods. Then spend their money without any issue.

This is just card scam made easy to even normal folkes.

obviously i think it has precautionary measures to prevent it....
otherwise they (US government) wouldn't have allowed to proceed with the COIN.....
