Dialog Broadband can call and tell their each n every customer cz their customer base is small,but in like SLT they also can but in reality just think calling every customer??
but there's an issue with SLT engineers and SLT CC ,like you said when there's a fault a customer must call and acknowledge that there is an isse
poor SLTbtw they are upgrading to DSL2 hope there will be some new packages for customers
