Any1 here using Dialog broadband? have u experienced any slow connectivity on torrents and Limewire??

Using dialog BB. Doesnt have problems with torrents. Depending on the torrent I get various speeds. Some has 50+kbps while some has 10+kbps

the seeds to peers ratio is low for that torrent and you're connected to only 2 seeds. You are likely to get low speeds for that torrent.

no the bill is ok... but macho... recently only this happend.. my download speed of limewire is about 10kbps and torrents also 10kbps... but my internet directlink download are like 120 kbps in a 1mbps connection...some help on this... I have also disabled my firewall. still the same...

some WIMax users have probs machan ,some are getting well , its not somr thing with torrents , I think they are using traffic shaping and They Keep Less Priority for P2P

no its not connecting to Peers and seeds , Check it from a SLT ADSL its giving about ~50kpbs

One way to get past traffic shaping is to use protocol encryption for the torrents. With protocol encryption, standard traffic shapers cannot detect what's in the data stream.

just complain them ...Rapidshare is fast in WiMAX ( Free User) im getting about 65Kpbs in 512 Connection, Rapidshare and Direct downloads are Better than SLT

mata nam dialog wala connection wala experience na. habay danna widihata dialog ekata enough bandwidth na.

ya Sudantha_s... i too complained dialog about this.. they say some crap about it and then they are silent... shit macho... i don't know what to do about this... lets get together and let dialog take a decision for this mates... we should get together...
