Dialog HSDPA slow?!

I am pissed off with my connection, its too slow since two days What about others?

I get a speed around 100KB/s in the morning, it gradually drops to 10 - 50KB/s after that!

I was getting 300KB/s stable speed earlier

This is my current speed, around 400kb/s (50KB/s)

I thought it was a problem with my connection, so, all dialog users are experiencing the same problem

Yaa. That's true. B4 8am its 200KBps But after 8am it goes to 30-40 KBps. Waste of my time.

Exactly! After 8 - 8.30AM, the speeds get dropped
Is dialog applying a hidden speed cap in the day time?!
