Dialog HSDPA Speed increased suddenly.

Hello Guys,
I am using Dialog HSDPA Connection.
When I started my computer today and connected to the net and when browsing I felt little increasing in the speed.
So, I checked mobile partner and got shocked!
Normally my speed is around 100KB/s, but today it was nearly 200 - 250KB/s

and the speedtest result



what might be the for this sudden change?
Did Dialog announced any upgrade works?
