I think u need 2 make a choice. My friend used dialog 3G with 3G modem, down speed 200~300kB/s, in the begining, after downloading about 5GB, 2kB/s, Monthly fee Rs.1500/=, I use SLT ADSL, 10~50kB/s all the time (Mostly 25kB/s), Rs.2500/=.
Don't know much about dialog homenet.

No, the FUP is no longer there in Dialog Wimax. Dunno about Dialog 3G.

SLT has some fast connection but not FiberOptics
Dialog (the cheaterz) has nothing.
Dialog speed is better than SLT these days, but dialog is getting slow day by day with their network grows.
So LankaBell & SLT are the best providers.

Cant agree with that. SLT practically owns the SE-ME-WE fiber optic lines in SL and Dialog is also using the SE-ME-WE.

So Lankabell is not the only provider that has fiber optics.
