Router supports 3G. But it is locked to 4G.

No. it doesn't. There are a few variants of CPE B310 router. B310s-22 model supports both 3G and 4G networks while B310s-925 model (which dialog currently offers) only supports 4G network. This is what I saw on many websites but I cannot confirm that this information is accurate.

I have this router from dialog. There is a freaking switch(in router management software) to select the network mode. But it is locked by dialog. Difference is in wi-fi coverage.

3 Bars of signal. Speed is pretty low for some reason. Usual speed is about 16 - 18 Mbps
