I think existence and certain characteristics of reality should be assumed prior to arguing for or against free willCause that's how reasoning works. You must start with underlying beliefs, or formally axioms. So this is not a question about nature of reality
Question of free will along with many other such questions becomes nonsensical the moment you start to question reality. So just assume reality really exist our there separate from you and assume the existence of your thoughts with it and answer this question
